The Login Portal Page on the Site is not working

Maybe you can help me with this problem.
On one of our sites, there is a very annoying problem with the Login Portal not appearing when the device is connected, and this problem occurred suddenly without any changes to the configuration or firmware that I made.
Notes: The configuration for HTTPS redirection is already enabled.
For the devices at that site, I have listed them below:
- ER605 V2.20 - Firmware 2.3.1
- SG2210MP V5.0 - Firmware 5.0.11
- EAP613 (US) V1.0 - Firmware 1.6.0
- Current Version Cloud Con. 6.0.0.100
One case I have tried is accessing the link I have provided in the Pre-Auth Access Portal, and that link cannot be accessed. Is there a solution for this issue?
