Hello.

I have been using two TL-WA5210G to make a connection between my house and my office which is 4km appart. I have been using this connection since 2013. In order for the connection to work I bought two external antennas TL-ANT2424B (I have some big trees so I think that is why I needed those external antennas).

The thing is that I get very little signal percentage and my internet is slow. Now I want to connect some video cameras and I don´t think I will be able to stream video trough my slow internet connection.

I was looking at your website and see there are new "models" available like the CPE that might work better.

Can someone please tell me if I can improve my internet connection with newer models? What is my better option since I already have 2 TL-WA5210G each one with its external antenna?

Could (MODEM----CPE210----------------TLANT2424B----TL-WA5210G) work better or what is the best combination?

I really don´t want to sacrifice speed.

Thanks a lot!

@eugenio on your post.
have some big trees
You need to solve that by raising the radios first
What ever you deploy trees are wifi killers, once that is solved check WBS510 and dish antenna here http://www.tp-link.com/en/products/details/cat-37_WBS510.html and antenna here http://www.tp-link.com/en/products/biz-list-5067.html
WBS510 is 5Ghz device now you are using the crowded 2.4 Ghz band

I think CPE510 is better choice than CPE210 since it works in clean 5GHz frequency. Other sides it's similar to CPE210.
As for WBS510 it's a waste to use in such simple scenario.

In terms of long distance performance, CPE210 does better than TL-WA5210G since:
1. The recommended distance of TL-WA5210G is 2km so 4km maybe a little difficult for this model.
2. TL-WA5210G work in 11g standard with maximum transmission 54Mbps while CPE210 is a 300Mbps 11n product.

However, as you know quality of wireless communication depends a lot.
At the time you change the device, you have better improve the relevant factors to get better effect.

If you can manage to get a free line of sight by raising the radios above the trees, use two CPE510.
If you have to send the wifi signal through trees, 2.4 GHz might perform better, so try two CPE210.

Anyway, you can not connect an external antenna like the TL-ANT2424 into either CPE.
