IPTV Streaming problem with TL-SG3424

I am using 4 x TL-SG3424 L2 switches to stream ten video channels generated on a gateway server. The problem I have is breaking up of images on screens across the network. This happens randomly on any screen and any channel. I have created VLAN2 for this purpose and activated IGMP functions. Switch 1 is hardware V1 and the other are hardware V2. Is anyone aware of any firmware upgrades that may fix this problem?
