Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version :

ISP :

I followed the step by step procedure for configuring the CPE210 for AP Router, the IP address of the PC is the same as what written on the manual, 192.168.0.10 and the CPE210 IP address is 192.168.0.254.
I used the quick set-up button but the problem is, the updating is too long and I cannot connect to the CPE210 anymore using its IP address 192.168.0.254.

that is an example, and its on a red square that reads all provided by ISP
why dont you post, why you need AP-Router mode for, if you do it wrong you will end up doing the classic mistake of double NAT, if all you need is to extend the wireless of your ISP, a simple configuration of AP mode will do

I need the AP Router mode to access the Bandwdth Management control of CPE210. I followed the set up and saved it but, the problem is i cannot access the IP address 192.168.0.254 anymore

Which port on CPE210 did you connect?
In AP Router mode, LAN0 is a WAN port so connect your PC to LAN1 instead and retry,
