We have a capstone project that's about an intranet reporting system and I was wondering if captive portal will even though the website is hosted locally without being connected to the internet.

@Mclarence554 Yes, it does, assuming you're using everything in standalone. On controller, it will work if the controller is also local, but cloud controllers will not.
