Hi, 

 

I was trying to schedule the power supply and accidently gave it a 8 am to 8.05 am time window and it powered off the routerer. Now I am not sure if I will get the router connected in that time window. What are my options to change the custom power supply locally.

 

If I disconnect the panel from the battery locally, does it mean it will reboot and the custom setting will be wiped out so I could connect with it

Thank you for posting on our commercial forum.

Regarding the router issue you encountered, we kindly recommend that you first try connecting your router to an alternative power source to ensure it can operate properly.

Our VIGI solar panel supports remote reset via the VIGI app. If you are still able to access the solar panel through your VIGI app, you may complete the reset by following the steps below:
Navigate to Device, tap on the solar panel card to enter its device page, then tap the gear icon to access the Device Settings page to finish the reset process.

May I ask what is your network topology? Or how your devices connect?

Which management methods you are using for your VIGI SP9030? Via the VIGI APP or VIGI cloud VMS?

By the way, can you send us with the power schedule screenshot for reference?
