Hi, I'm planning to buy another SX3206HPP, but have a rather unusual installation question. The place I want to install it, it only allows me vertical mount, with the ports facing sideways.

In the documentation, it is only indicated horizontal mount, however, if I mount it in such a way, that the heat is pushed upwards, would it be a problem? Or are the fan bearings not suitable for side loading?

@liviu2004 The switches are not designed to be mounted vertically, so unfortunately, we cannot recommend that you mount it this way. If there is no other option, we highly advise you monitor the switch temperatures and make sure it stays within the operating temperature range (0-50 degrees Celsius, or 32-122 degrees Fahrenheit). However, we cannot officially recommend you mount it vertically and encourage you mount according to the installation instructions.
