FR365 & ipv6

Hi
I have a FR365, F67 & F61 access points and 3 switches, FS308g & GP. If my devices connect to either the F67 or F61 they are assisgnedipv6 addresses. However if they connect to the FR365 they don't get assigned one. Can anyone shed any light on fixing this please.
Regards
Steve

Hi, @Steviep
Thank you for posting on our business forum.
Please refer to the following suggestion:
- Could you please check if you have configured a LAN IPv6 interface on your Festa gateway?
- Could you also confirm what device is connected upstream of your Festa AP, and check whether that upstream device has IPv6 configured? Since the AP does not have a built-in DHCP service, IP addresses for devices connected downstream of the AP are assigned by the upstream gateway (which acts as the DHCP server).
- We would like to invite you to run a test: please connect the Festa AP directly to the Festa gateway, then check whether devices connected to the AP still get assigned an IPv6 address after the change.
- Additionally, could you please verify if the IPv6 address obtained by your device is valid, and share the specific IPv6 address with us for further troubleshooting?
Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Hi I'm quite confused by your reply. IF the Festa range doesn't support ipv6 why are there options to set up and activate ? I also don't understand why my devices are showing ipv6 address if the system doesn't support it ?? Confused

Hi,@Steviep
If you are using the Festa controller to manage the Getaway, you can set up the IPv6 for it. I've updated my replay, please refer to the latest reply. Thanks.
