Port Being Stuck in 10Mbps - FD Mode
I have two CPE610 antennas. On the AP side, Port0 shows 100Mbps - FD, but on the client side, Port0 shows 10Mbps - FD. I checked with different PoE adapters and LAN cables, but the result is the same. Could the antenna be broken? By the way, if I increase the transmit power to 23dBm from the 7th feed option, I can no longer access the antenna without doing a hard reset.

Hi, @MRDMR
Thank you for your post on the business forum.
Regarding the port speed issue you mentioned, could you please provide relevant screenshots so that we can better identify the problem? Additionally, have you tested the actual speed that can be achieved on both the AP and client sides? If so, we would appreciate it if you could share those results with us as well.
Regarding the transmit power issue you raised, could you also provide relevant screenshots? After you modify the transmit power, when you access the CPE's Web interface, what error message do you see?
Thank you for your cooperation.

iPerf result from the router which connected to AP
Speed result from the client side: fast
AP: 254
Client: 253
After some time I lost connection between AP and client. There is no problem at AP. But client dashboard is unresponsive. I don't see any error message.
I couldn't share img links here. Images are inside the archive.

Hi,@MRDMR
Thank you for providing your valuable information.
The speed reading for Port 0 refers to the negotiated speed of the LAN port.
A 10 Mbps reading on Port 0 of your CPE Client indicates that the negotiated speed between the CPE Client and the wired device connected to its LAN port is only 10 Mbps. For your reference, the network port on the CPE610 is a 100 Mbps port with auto-negotiation enabled by default.
Accordingly, could you please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
1.Please replace the current Ethernet cable connected to the LAN port of your CPE Client with a short cable (1 to 2 meters in length) that meets or exceeds the Cat5 specification.
2.Please connect your computer or another device that supports automatic speed negotiation (in place of your currently connected device) to the LAN port for testing.
