Hi, @JohnMarqes
Thank you for posting on our business forum.
Below are the recommended troubleshooting steps for you to try:
1.We kindly suggest you perform a factory reset on your NVR to check whether this resolves the issue.
2.Please use the original official power cable matched with your NVR rather than a third-party alternative, and ensure the NVR is receiving a sufficient and stable power supply.
3.Please remove all external hard drives, keep only the internal hard drive installed, then reboot the NVR and check if the issue still occurs.
If the problem persists after completing all the steps above, could you please help provide the following information to support our further investigation:
1.When did this issue first start occurring?
2.Did you perform any adjustments or operations on the NVR before the problem first appeared, such as a firmware upgrade?
3.Did any power outage or thunderstorm happen before the problem occurred?

I tried different power outlets in the room. I have one external hard drive and its internal hard drive; I tried putting it in read-only mode, but the problem persists.

A factory reset didn't solve the problem. I'm using a different power cable, but I've tried several others and the problem persists. It was already happening in other firmware versions; I'm using: 1.6.0 Build 260521 Rel.26243n I tried using only the internal hard drive and the problem still occurs. I also tried using only the external hard drive (via USB) and the problem persists...
Here's the system logs.
