Multipoint with CPE510 and TL-WA801ND POE questions?

Hello,
Two questions on CPE510 multipoint setup & POE in a holiday cottage scenario.
Not clear on this can I setup 3 CPE510's in a Point-to-Multi-point arrangement?
IE Unit 1 as and AP
Units 2 & 3 as Client Stations?
Or do I set them as Bridges? But then surely it would be a point-2-point setup. Which is no good as I have two client station ends.
In both case's Id use Pharos MAXtream so users at the client ends would not 'see' the Outdoor AP's!
The Client units would in turn connect to an indoor access-point like TL-WA801ND model for the client side internal access.
POE: So all these devices are POE capable. At the client end the CPE510 will be POE and it is likely that the TL-WA801ND would also benefit from POE deployment.
Will the POE arrangement like this work? Or do I need a router switch before the TL-WA801ND?
