setup 10 km in village. best device

If you read specifications for CPE510 it's says 15 Kms. but in real life I wont not pair two 510 units on 10 Kms. it would be tight.
I recommend WBS510 for that distance, it's 3 times more expensive, need a better pole to mount it and Aligment of the 2 has to be precise
You are not techy in links, a good combination for you, will be on the AP side (where the internet is) a WBS510 and on the Client (receiving) side a WBS510, that combination will do 10 Kms. IF YOU CAN SEE THE TWO SIDES
This devices work on the 5 Gzh. frequency

just buy the 2.4 models WBS210 and CPE210,they have dif specs. surf TL web and read.
you are a smart man asking questions first, before buying, but you are making a mistake deploying in the 2.4 frequency, dont ask me why, I gave you
my advise, your money, your link, your decision
its you, the one is going to have all the issues you can name on the 2.4 congested frequency

your post was very clear
I want to setup 10 km in village. Please tell mebest device

I asnwered based on your question, and that question means you have nothing yet
meaning you are going to buy the gear

by this statement from your post
the internet side device is 2.4 Gzh

if by that statement, you mean that at the village they have 2.4 Ghz router
that is not a problem to link 2 points with 5Ghz devices
if Im understanding right you need to read about links (PTPs) point to points
take for granted, I will always give you the best advice
And will never advice you or any to buy gear it wont be usefull
