I want to receive my home wifi (ordinary wifi modem) to my work place which is around 150-200m, i will place this at top of the building which is aprox 20 m from my pc, Is this what i need? do i need 2 of these or just one?

I have usb wifi adapter but usb range is so limited so i need wifi receiver with lan cable

By work I assume you are on a urban area
Such a short distance and clean spectrum, with a pair of CPE210 you might get away
If there is no clean spectrum and a lot of 2.4 devices around you can set a channel out of it setting Test Mode
Or go directly for two 510s

yes, it can, but from such distance, signal could be very weak. one pair of CPEs with directional antenna can make a difference
