I'm trying to setup NTP sync for T2600G-28TS.
But with any NTP server I've tried to use (including default) I get the same error "Failed to get time from NTP server."
All servers I've tried are working (checked with ntpdate -q).
Any help? What's causing this problem?

solved by Static Routing configured.

Destination - 0.0.0.0
Subnet Mask - 0.0.0.0
Next Hop - gateway ip
Distance - 1

You should make sure your T2600 connect to the Internet.

There's no "System IP" setting at the T2600G-28TS web interface. And there's no obvious way to setup default gateway for the internet connection. Am I missing something?
The switch is connected to the network, which has internet connectivity.

Nevermind my previous answer. Problem is solved by adding default route to the static routing table.

I do not know, I tried to set up a server Australian with 21 hop and 500ms delay and BktTimeSync works fine with no errors.What antivirus do you use?

Set up a default route on your switch to your main router. See https://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-1126.html

I use a more strict routing

  • Destination: Timeserver IP
  • Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.254
  • Next Hop: Gateway IP
  • Distance: 1
