Hello to all,

This is my first post here, and I would like your help, if posible.
I've got an Wirelless Outdoor CPE 210, and I had some problem regarding the authetication with WPA2. I do not know what's happening but the Wireless works normally for o short period of time and then It did not works anymore. However, I took a look at this forum and found that some people had the same problem and the solution was to upgrade to the latest firwmare available, which is 1.3.3.
I upload to latest one firmware but I still having problem with my CPE 210. Can anyone help with this ? Is there any other firmware available ?

I appreciate your help on it.

The latest firmware is TP_PharOS_1.3.3_160705 and WPA2 should work out of the box.

However, if you want to use WPA2-Enterprise with PEAP/MSCHAPV2 in client mode/AP client mode, there is a beta version of the firmware kindly made available by YXCY and Victor here:

Be sure to read the precautions for beta firmware:

But I doubt that this is the cause of the problem you are facing. Do you use WPA2-Enterprise or WPA2-PSK encryption?

Hello and thank you so much for your answer.
I meant the WPA2-PSK, I am not able to use it. When I set it, it works for a while but then the client are not able to authenticate anymore. I've got to reset the access Point or disable and enable the SSID again in order to make it work again.
I update to latest firmware 1.3.3. but the problem still happening and I do not know what else I could do. Are you able to help me this ?:(

I use WPA2-PSK only in PtP mode between two CPEs and in PtMP mode with a WBS210 (which uses the same firmware as the CPEs). It works without any problems with several types of laptops and smart phones. Anyway, if you find out what causes problems in your setup, please let the forum know.

Im not 100 sure if the LDAP provider is able to track the relationships between DC groups, maybe not.But, the AD provider should always work, so I do recommend yo to use, if its possible, the AD authentication mode.

You don't need no LDAP provider in order to use WPA2-PSK encryption on CPE210 or client systems.
