Problem with Upload Speed

i have internet with 50 Mbps Upload and Download when i connect direct to the PC , the problem when i connect the router with TPLINK Gigabyte Switch SG1024 the download speed still 50 Mbps but the upload speed slower to 4 Mbps .
Please could you help me
