Looking to buy a TL-SG3424P switch but I would like to know if a virtual stack can be made from multiple units ie can multiple units be managed from one IP address?

No, it's not stackable. Furthermore, TL-SG3424P reached end of life: http://www.tp-link.com/us/products/details/cat-39_TL-SG3424P.html

Successor is T2600G-28MPS, but it is also not stackable according to the specs: http://www.tp-link.com/us/products/details/cat-39_T2600G-28MPS.html
