PoE from CPE510 to CPE210 but no network to CPE210

PoE from CPE510 to CPE210 but no network to CPE210

Hello. Trying to expand my network, CPE510 took forever to get working and no clue HOW it started working. Was basically smashing my head into the wall when it suddenly started to work...
Well the next issue is that my CPE210 that goes a diffrent direction is Powering up, but I cant get any network on it. The Client on the other end can connect, and can do changes to the Access Point. But from the AP it can not go online or browse internal adresses like main router, switches or see computers.
Added a "schematic" if it helps.
Do I need another cable just to get network on my CPE210?
