TL-SG108 Wake On Lan stops working after machine has been off for x amount of time.

I've read that some switches will put ports to "sleep" when not in use for long durations, which can interfere with Wake On Lan after said duration has expired. I seem to have this problem. If my second PC has been off for too long I have to manually restart it and WOL will not work.
Are there any solutions to this problem aside from buying a new switch?
