Im an owner of an internal 850RE which was conencting fine to my Thomson Router (TG585).
I needed to move my router away so 850RE lost it from its area.

I decided to purchase a CPE210 which scans it fine with -65db gain.
Im pairing them by having DHCP off, everything set to Auto (WDS etc) on CPE210 site and unfortunately, I can see the link working for 2 seconds and then its getting down. Interface is being updated with connected state, but one second later, it dropping the connection for some reason.
I tried Bridge mode, also client mode and repeater mode. I want to connect this AP wirelessly to my router.

Can you imagine of possible steps for troubleshooting?

The TG585 is a very antique ADSL modem with an integrated WiFi adapter, which supports only a very limited subset of 802.11 (modes b and g, old encryption modes, no MIMO etc.). It has a broadcom chipset for WiFi which is known to have problems with high transmission rates. BTW, -65dBm is nothing I would call "fine" for a CPE210.

If you insist to use the TG585, first make sure it will accept new devices (see the wireless settings of the TG585). Next, don't use automatic settings on the CPE, but use fixed b/g mode, channel width 20 MHz, no encryption. If that works, set the CPE's encryption parameters according to what the TG585 supports. Also make sure the TG585 is in range of the CPE's 65° antenna beamwidth. Expect no more than 54 Mbps wireless speed and 20 to 25 Mbps data speed with such an old device as the TG585.

I've actually bought a ubnt picostation m2, which works just fine...

The picostation has omnidirectional antennas covering 360°, while the CPE has directional antennas with 65° on the H plane / 35° on the E plane, meaning you have to align it carefully. The first device is for relative short PtP distances, the latter for long-range directional links. You can make the CPE work with any old device, but you will have to use the lowest common denominator of both devices.
