Is it possible to use 2 of these devices to connect cctv cameras in my barn to the wifi in my house about 50 yards away?
I want the in house wifi to talk directly i.e. no lan cable from house CPE210

Sure, although 50 yards is not a big challenge for the CPEs.

But take into account the antenna beamwidth of the CPE, which is 65°. Your in-house WiFi must be inside the CPE's antenna beam to connect to it in a reliable way. I would recommend a LAN cable for connecting to the in-house CPE, you will need it anyway for power supply of the CPE.
