Dear,

Do not miss the translation because it was translated from Portuguese into English by Google Translate.

I have the following problem: I have a camera that communicates via wi-fi and constantly drops the connection, works perfectly and suddenly the camera stops communicating and after a while comes back to communicate.
My structure is: Camera communicates via wifi to a 2.4GHz TP-Link CPE-210 antenna that is connected to the network.
Through the ping I notice that the communication with the antenna is ok but the communication with the camera is interrupted.

What can it be?

Why did you set the CPE's TX power to 12mW only?

In your screenshot TX power is set to 2 dBm. Since antenna gain of a CPE210 is 9 dBi you get 2 dBm + 9 dBi = 11 dBm, that's 12mW. You should set the slider to 11 dBm to have the full 20 dBm = 100mW TX power allowed in Brazil. 12mW TX power is not suitable for a distance of 250 meters.

Also consider to set a fixed channel width of 20 MHz instead of 20/40 MHz.
