Model :

Hardware Version :

Firmware Version :

ISP :

I have installed a TL-SG108E switch into my network; the only configuration is it's TCP/IP settings.
Network: 10.0.0.0 /24
IP: 10.0.0.2
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 10.0.0.1

Port 1: PC - 10.0.0.254
Port 2: PC - 10.0.0.150
Port 3: Access Point
Port 4: Down
Port 5: Router - 10.0.0.1
Port 6: Down
Port 7: Down
Port 8: Down

With this basic configuration, I can get to the Internet and back, however, wired devices connected to the switch cannot connect/ping to eachother. HOWEVER
I can ping from a wired device, to any IP that is on the wireless network, which is also a connection between the switch and the access point.
Also, wireless devices cannot ping wired devices, but can ping wireless devices.
I really have no clue what is going on, this is configuring the switch with only its basic TCP/IP settings.
I could really use some help.

If you suspect your TL-SG108E to be broken, reset it to factory defaults - or if this does not help, re-install latest firmware - to test the connectivity between devices connected to it. Test the connectivity w/o any switch setup and make sure the connected devices are indeed on the same network and don't block ICMP requests. If it still does not work, consider to RMA the switch.
