Hi,
I would like to configure my tp-link pharos cpe210 as extender for my Thompson TG585 V7. I tried to configure it like your documentation says but it is not working.
I am new to stuff like configuring Networks so I would like to ask you, if I had made something wrong.

The problem is that I can see my network for a short time and if I try to connect a client to it, for example my phone, the client fails to get an ip-address and after that the network disapears of my networklist.

After trying to configure the network as suggested in your documentation, I tried to change some settings.

Thompson Settings:
Subnetmask : 255.255.255.0
First Dhcp-Address:10.0.0.1
Las Dhcp-address: 10.0.0.254

In the network lan settings of my tp-link pharos i set the
Ip address to 10.0.0.137
the network mask is 255.255.255.0
and the gateway Ip is 10.0.0.138

I know it is not your work to "teach" me how to configure a network but it would be nice if you could help me with my problem.

Sincerely,
Dominik Zöbl

Set the Thompson to static IP 10.0.0.1 and the CPE to static IP 10.0.0.2. Gateway for the CPE is the Thompson, 10.0.0.1.

Set DHCP first address 10.0.0.10, last address to what you need, e.g. 10.0.0.254.
