Hi to all .
I am trying to set this setting to receive the logs of the connection but it is impossible,I think i set the smtp settings but it doesn't work.Something is wrong.

Works for me. But you have to set up the SMTP server correctly. The CPE needs plain authentication (or none at all, but beware of bogus HELO message then) and it can not use TLS encrypted mail delivery, which is a real drawback IMHO.

I have not done anything yet.I download the pharos software as well and i ve been trying for days how to set up the email notification but i am confused.Where to write the email exactly and how.Any help?

You have to set up mail notification in the device's web UI, not in PharOS Control 2.x (this differs from old versions of PharOS Control). Open the web UI of each device under management in PharOS Control and log into the web UI. You can then set the mail server under Auto Mail Setting after you have enabled this function in the Management menu (section System Log).
