Which one is the EAP225-wall? Try connecting it to office-switch-2, the same switch that OC300 connects to, and see if things will be better.

@Stephen2021 Wall editions don't support fast roaming either. Even if you enable this feature, I think it won't take effect on wall AP.

EAP uses omni-directional antenna. In my point of view, it should not have significant differences whatever you put it in an open area. But if you mount it on the ceiling, it may be less interfered?

Seems EAP is down. You can try different power sockets and Ethernet cables. Power off it and wait for 30 mins or so, then reset again. If the light still doesn't have reaction, I think it's hardware...
