You made mistake in address 192.169.0.103, type in 192.168.0.103 when your Network->LAN is 192.168.0.1.

WDS setting is possible only in the same router brand. Only TP-link via TP-link.

You can to try with new firmware for example Gargoyle or DD-WRT
