it's weird,. make sure the button you clicked is reboot but not restore?? if it's a firmware problem, all 600VPN users should meet this problem. anybody has same issue??

you can refer to this FAQ to configure VLAN, http://www.tp-link.com/en/article/?faqid=329 why the pictures are GARP ? i think no need to configure it.

if the router dead , i think no way to access and reboot it. maybe the traffic too heavy,, can you sperate the traffic of clients with another router? then check whether the problem will disappear..
