Hi @Kimberley_j87, I'm guessing that you needed to get a router and not a switch. Check where the internet port on the wall goes. If it doesn't lead to a device that has ports the may look like...

I don't think the fiber will auto negotiate, so Link Speed is the usual suspect if you see this again.
