Hi @Marvin_S, It's happening again, and I'm not sure why. Local support mentioned that the EX511 EasyMesh isn't compatible with the AX72 EasyMesh because one is an ISP router and the other is a SOHO...

Please implement it as it's a quite good performance router

@Orbal I feel misled by TP-Link, as they initially claimed it would be supported, and even some of their tech team on the forums confirmed this.

@IceScream I experienced similar issues when connecting the AX72 to the EX511(AX55). The internet connection on the AX72 drops, and the internet LED turns off, while all other lights remain normal....
