IP address of router is 192.168.0.1 , IP address of switch is 192.168.0.1, there is IP conflict, please change ip address of router or switch firstly.

Issue was a random port on the router was bridging directly to the WAN.

From your description, I guess your topology like this:
Internet-----Modem-----Router(192.168.0.1)------switch(192.168.0.1)-----PC

What is your demand? If PC want access the web inerface of Router, you need change the ip address of router or switch firstly.
Maybe you hope PC get public ip address from internet directly?

Yes, that's the setup. as i said, i figured out that one of the ports on the router was set to bridge directly to the internet, bypassing the LAN. The desktop was pulling an IP directly from the ISP, which is why it was showing my public IP. Once I switched the port that the switch was plugged into everything worked fine.

In my opinion, I get the point. In topology A, PC can get public IP address from ISP. In topology B, PC can not get public IP address,is it right?
Topology A:Internet-----Modem-----Router(192.168.0.1)---------PC
Topology B:Internet-----Modem-----Router(192.168.0.1)------switch(192.168.0.1)-----PC

What is your model number? Did you configure some setting in switch?
