Good morning,
when I try to set the Facebook access, clicking on "Configuration" I obtain this error message

"Failed to connect หมวกกันน็อค to the Facebook server. Please close this window and check your network connection."

I have connection, I'm writing this. The ac500 and the cat1750 are upgrade to the ast firmware version and the wifi is working well.

Suggestions?

Can you provide some screenshoots？

I suspect that AC500 didin't get the Internet connection.

I found a FAQ document on the TP-Link offical Web.
