Hi Folks,

 

I am one of the major distributor of TP-Link Wireless Broadband router, recently we have been receiving complaints from large number of subscribers regarding delay in PPPoE connection establishment, upon investigation it has been observed that CPE continously sends PADI packet which causes the delay in connectivity, the behaviour is unusual such that if somehow PPPoE gets authenticated as evident on CPE and internet is working, inspite of that the CPE is generating PPPoE PADI packets which it shouldn't be if the connection is already establlished.

 

We have different CPEs in our network and all other CPEs are working fine and the issue is only being faced in this TP-Link. Please if anyone of you who has exprienced the same problem can suggest us the solution.
