SFP port up-down-up-down
Port 25 which is SFP with module TL-SM311LM shows events in the log:

and so on...
I replaced SFP module with other, same name, but these log records still shows up. Sometimes ping to the switch rises to >500ms, but devices on the switch does not loose connectivity. No similar records are shown on the other side of link.
What might these errors mean?
