Hello,

I need to put a switch in a place without an Ac outlet. Can i put that switch in this place and power it by another poe switch?

The devices that are going to be connected to it don't need poe power( tv, pc etc.)

Thanks

@Plataoplomo The only one TP-Link has that I know of is the TL-SG2008 V3.  It's 8 ports and about 70 bucks on the jungle site. It doesn't pass through the POE just runs from POE.  If you want to save a few bucks, for $30 (and if they actually have them available), Unifi's Switch Flex Mini is 5 port POE powered without pass through.  You could also use a wall AP like the EAP225-Wall for 3 open ports, that have POE pass through and is $50 on the jungle site, this has the advantage of nice wall mounting if running the uplink in the wall.
