Model: CPE710
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: don't know

Hi,

i have a CPE710 that I haven't used for some months and want to reset it to factory settings - the reset button on the device seems to have fallen/broken off - I can rest from the PoE - the lights on the 710 flash as expected, but it never seems to reset.  once rebooted I get the first two lights on - the power and the comms lights, the wifi is not on. If i boot it with the reset button pressed, it has the power and the wifi lights on, not the comms light, and I them can't reset it with the button on the PoE.

I can't get access to the UI - it's never available after resetting it (power and comms lights lit)

is there a way to tftp a config to it? How do I get it back?

thanks

i've done a network trace on it and once its up, it's sending out a Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP) message that says it's ip address is 192.168.0.254 - but it isn't responding to pings or http on that ip address.
