I have a new out of the box TL-SG1428PE
To login it says goto 198.168.0.1, but that is in usre by my modem / router
The Routers says it is on 198.168.0.13
Accessing this gives nothing.
I have rest the switch even though it is new.
Any suggestions as to how i can gain access to the web consol ?

@JeremyRLondon disconnect switch from your local network. Set a PC or Laptop to static IP of 192.168.0.10 and subnet 255.255.255.0. Connect with ethernet to switch. 192.168.0.1 should work now. Login and change it to an unused IP address on the same subnet prior to putting it back in the network.
