If I connect my router to a tp link cpe710. The first tp link cpe710 sends a signal to another tp link cpe710, and the second tp link cpe710 is connected to a second router, would the second router generate a Wi-Fi signal and receive Internet from the second tp link cpe710?

The network design can function as planned. This is the usage scenario for setting up a point-to-point network for transmitting the internet over great distances. Normally, the first CPE (configured as AP mode) connects to the router via Ethernet wire and sends signals to the second unit (set as client mode). The second unit has an Ethernet connector that allows other devices to connect. So you can connect a router to it. Here is a related article that explains this usage:How to build a Wireless Network between home and farm using tp-link products
