Hi @1752
Here are some steps to help you troubleshoot the issues you're having after the firmware upgrade:
**1. Check the Antenna Alignment** - After a firmware upgrade, it's possible that some settings might have been reset or affected slightly. Make sure that the antennas of your CPE710 v1 are still properly aligned for the point - to - point connection. A misaligned antenna can lead to reduced signal strength and link stability problems.
**2. Check for Interference** - There could be new sources of interference in the 2 - km range that are affecting your signal. Check for any new wireless devices, microwave ovens, or other electronics that operate on similar frequencies. These can disrupt the signal and cause the "limited" network status and low signal issues. - If possible, try to change the frequency channel of your CPE710. Log in to the device's settings and look for the wireless settings section. There, you can usually change the operating frequency to a less - congested channel to see if it improves the signal and stability.
**3. Check the Link Distance and Environmental Factors** - Over a 2 - km distance, even small changes in the environment can affect the signal. You may set the distance settings as 2.2km. For example, if there are new obstructions like trees that have grown taller, or new buildings in the line - of - sight path, it can reduce the signal strength. Make sure that the line - of - sight between the two points of your point - to - point connection is still clear.
