I would like to return to a topic that I have raised before on the forum. It concerns devices for which technical support is ending or which are no longer being developed for new functions.

I think that as a company you could consider creating a program that would allow you to purchase newer device models on preferential terms - for example, in exchange for returning older equipment or transferring it to a local organization/headquarters. In return, the user could receive a discount on a new device.

Please consider such a solution. This may not be a topic strictly for the forum, but it seems to me that many users could be interested in such a possibility.
