Model: Festa FR205
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Via the cloud application it is possible to lock a client to a fixed IP address (dashboard->clients->client->Config->use fixed IP address.  What is NOT POSSIBLE is to delete that record.  This needs to be fixed.

I read in the support forums that this feature (DHCP reservations) are not supported in Festa products because it is a "home user" product seems bogus since a) it isn't a "home user" products with VLans, VPNs, etc. and b) the product is marketed as a no-IT BUSINESS product.

I don't consider myself an advanced home user, but I do have good reasons to lock a particular device to an IP address.  Unfortunately, for me, I did that with a device  that had "random MAC" enabled.  I fixed that, but cannot "free up" the IP address because the Festa product is broken (no access to the DHCP address reservation table which, obviously has to be there since I DID assign a fixed address.

Please fix this and add DHCP to the settings->services page.

There should be a proper summary of all DHCP Reservations in the Festa CBC.

Hi TP Link

The lack of a summary page showing all reserved IP addresses whether the devices are connected to the network or not is a real problem.

I have justr tried to set a Fixed IP for a device and received the following error:

There is no device listed in the Client list with the IP address that I am trying to reserve, therefore I have no way of discovering what device the CBC thinks this address has been assigned to.

Once again, this is absolute basic, free-ISP-provided router functionality that the Festa products are lacking.

Please fix this ASAP and provide a single page summary of all reserved IP addresses.

Yes, this is basic functionality and I am shocked this is unavailable on a wired router

@LB-Seattle I'm in the same boat! I just bought the FR365 and a few AP's. The DHCP functionality is broken/unfinished. It's also dumb that the mobile app has more options than the web browser management. I need to be able to set reservations - a function that my existing Meraki-GO GX50 can do.

Come on TP-Link, get this fixed!

@tplink   this needs to be a priority. seems insane to have to factory reset the entire network just to clear all of the dhcp reservations. TPLINK, PLEASE FIX THIS!!! I realize that festa isn't a top priority for you. I went all in on TPLINK Festa and now I will be switching to Unifi because of something as simple as DHCP reservations.
