Using a C340I camera with an NVR1004H-4P and the VIGI mobile app for Android here. As explained in my previous message, I have my camera and NVR scheduled to reboot once a week, and I also have camera tampering detection activated. These settings conflict each other, and every time the equipment reboots, I get a camera tampering notification on my smartphone (in the middle of the night). For the time being, I either have to live with it, or disable camera tampering detection, or disable all notifications outright.

My request is, in a future update, being able to schedule camera tampering detection. That way, I could disable camera tampering detection for the time slot the camera reboot will occur.

Or, as a second option, the camera and NVR firmware could have an improvement in their respective codes, to communicate with each other so that the NVR gets to know that a camera reboot is scheduled on day XYZ, at AA:BB am, so that it disregards camera tampering on that specific day, at that specific time, for that specific camera. That would be a great addition to have.

Could you forward my problem report to the product engineers so they can improve the integration of the cameras and NVRs in the future?
