All ports dead on TL-SG2424
My 10-year old TL-SG2424 has just keeled over. The bank of green LEDs on the left are still flashing, for those ports which have a cable connected, but all of the ports seem to be dead - none of the ports have an LED lit above them, and the connected devices are not detected on the LAN.
I've tried power cycling and a factory reset (using the pinhole), but neither have helped.
Any ideas?

Hi @itm60,
Make sure the switch is in a ventilated environment and surrounding environment is within the switches operation temp range. Unplug switch for 5 minutes. Unplug everything except one computer. Set that computer to use 192.168.0.2 address, mask 255.255.255.0. Plug in the switch power and factory rest it once it boots. After post rest boot, try pinging 192.168.0.1. if that doesn't work it may be time to upgrade.
