Model: VIGI NVR1008H   VIGI C340-W
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Hi,@yosohe

We would like to kindly confirm whether your issue has been properly resolved.

Generally speaking, when your VIGI Camera and VIGI NVR are connected to the same local network, your NVR should be able to automatically detect and add the camera as expected. If you still cannot add the camera successfully, please try the following troubleshooting suggestions:

  • Please remove the existing camera entry from your NVR first, then reconnect the camera to the same local network that your NVR is on.
  • Attempt to add the camera to your NVR again to check if the setup completes successfully.
  • All our wireless VIGI cameras also support wired connection. You may consider connecting the camera to the same network as your NVR via a wired cable as an alternative test.

Hi  @yosohe

May I ask what is your network topology to begin with?

Is this C340-W disconnected or offline on your NVR while staying connected on the VIGI app?

If possible, can you provide the hardware and firmware of your NVR and cameras for our reference as well.
