We would like to recommend the following troubleshooting steps;
1.Could you please check if the MAXstream function is enabled on your device? If it is already turned on, kindly disable this function for testing.
2.Please confirm that your CPE is not configured to use a DFS channel. If it is currently running on a DFS channel, please switch to another available 2.4GHz channel, such as channel 11.
3.Please try resetting your device to factory default settings, then reconfigure it following this guide to ensure all configuration steps are completed correctly. (for AP Mode)How to Configure the Access Point Mode on the Pharos device | TP-Link
