Hi,  @Sd1414

Thank you for posting on our business forum.

Could you please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Please ensure all your physical connections are correctly set up.
2. Please confirm that you are using the correct IP address for your CPE to log in to its management page.
3. Try accessing the CPE management interface via different browsers
4. Configure a static IP address on your computer, then access the interface using the default IP of your CPE. You may refer to the guidance here:
How to login to the Pharos-Series’ web management page | TP-Link

Hi,@Sd1414

Thank you for your reply.

Should you still be unable to access the CPE's configuration interface via its default IP address even after configuring a static IP on your computer, it is likely that the CPE device has encountered a hardware malfunction. In this case, you may consider replacing it with a new unit.

  @Nathan-TP

hi yes tried all the above yesterday for many hours and no matter what I tried it wouldn't work looks like I've got a dead unit

cable from router to lan port on POE adaptor

cable from Poe port to unit

then went into settings on laptop to change to static ip

every time I tried to add address on page

errors this is not secure

im guessing as its old its just given up

Hi,  @Sd1414

When you get the "This webpage is not secure" warning in your browser, please kindly try clicking the "Advanced" option on the prompt page, then select "Still go to this page" to check whether you can access the CPE configuration interface normally.

hi

just tried everything again and no matter what I do it won't open the browser to configure and can't use it via the app to setup ( as won't connect to AP ) looks like I'm going to have to buy a new one
