Model: CPE210
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have two Tp-Link Pharos CPE210 at distance of 100m, LOS, no big noise on them, this is the status on the server antenna:

r/HomeNetworking - Server antenna

This is the status on the client antenna:

r/HomeNetworking - Tp-Link Pharos CPE210 asymmetric speed in TX/RX

r/HomeNetworking - Tp-Link Pharos CPE210 asymmetric speed in TX/RX

r/HomeNetworking - Tp-Link Pharos CPE210 asymmetric speed in TX/RX

These are the speedtest executed on CPE210 tool and with a Raspberry PI directly connected to the client router:

r/HomeNetworking - Tp-Link Pharos CPE210 asymmetric speed in TX/RX

r/HomeNetworking - Tp-Link Pharos CPE210 asymmetric speed in TX/RX

If you look at the results they look different yes but they have the same trend, the download bandwidth is way lower that the upload and I can't figure why as the TX/RX rate in the status look the same. Any idea on what could be causing this asymmetry in TX/RX?

Tx refers to data sent by the device, whereas Rx refers to data transmitted by the client. So the data are different. Also, this has something to do with the environment. Besides, the speedtest server is different; they have different mechanisms, so the value would be different.

@Hank21 i tried several servers and also the built in Speedtest, the results are always asymmetric
