Please guide me how to log in using RJ45 lan cable, SW SX3008F I have successfully logged in to the console port but I cannot access the address 192.168.0.1 even though I have changed the computer ip to 192.168.0.100 to log in, but still not successful?

The RJ45 port is only for console use, not TCP/IP. You will need to connect to it using one of the SFP+ ports.
