I have 2 CPE510 devices and 1 CPE610 device. Location A CPE510 Client to Location C CPE610 Access Point. It is working and CCTV videos are playing. But Location B CPE510 is connected to Location C CPE610 Access Point, but videos are not playing and i could not see any signal in Pharos Web interface. But I could ping Location B and Location C. What could be the reason? Help me friends.

May I ask your network topology or how your devices especially the cameras connect? Except for the CCTV, do you check if other devices cannot work either?
Can you provide the hardware and firmware of your CPE devices as well?
