hi, I setup a EAP330 v1, upgraded latest firmware, and setup an external radius service. The external radius server responds in about 5 seconds causing a timeout for the wifi authentication. Is there a way of increasing the timeout for the radius response? thanks!

Hi

The timeout period is written in the chip of EAP330, it is difficult to change it.
May I know if you had set up a free authentication policy for the radius server?
If not, it will also cause authentication timeout.

I don't think its about the timeout period. I guess it would have something to do with the configuration.
Did you configure the free authentication policy? If you don't want to bother to do it, please upgrade the Controller to the latest at this link: http://www.tp-link.com/en/download/EAP330.html#Controller_Software
